The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) is a collaborative project between NASA, ESA and the Canadian Space Agency. The JWST SOC is being developed at the STScI in Baltimore. The ESA team of scientist and engineers to man the SOC is building up quickly and it is expected to be in place before launch to support routine science operations as foreseen in the ESA/NASA MoU. This procurement aims at providing support in two domains: Instrument and User support for the Mid Infrared Instrument (MIRI), and Public outreach and the liaison with the ESA's public outreach and communication groups.
